Can I set up alerts for my daily commute?
Yes! This is one of the best uses of route alerts. Set up your commute as an alert and we'll email you only when dangerous conditions are expected—whether that's weather (snow, ice, storms), traffic incidents (road closures, major accidents, construction), or major traffic delays. Free users can have 3 active alerts, perfect for home-to-work and back, plus one more frequent route.
What's the difference between danger and caution alerts?
Danger alerts (free) notify you of severe conditions like heavy snow, ice, or dangerous storms. Caution alerts (paid) also include moderate conditions like light rain or strong winds—giving you earlier warning and more time to adjust plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! There are no contracts or commitments. Cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Do unused trip plans roll over?
No, trip plans reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. However, any trips you've already planned remain accessible for viewing.
