  • Route weather forecasts along your driving path
  • Departure time optimization based on weather conditions
  • Traffic camera imagery along routes
  • Weather alerts for saved trips (for registered users)
  • Email alerts for specific routes (for subscribers)

3. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service excessively

5. Weather and Safety Disclaimers

Important Safety Notice

Route Outlook provides weather forecasts and driving recommendations as informational tools only. Weather conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably. Always:

  • Use your own judgment when deciding whether to travel
  • Check official sources (National Weather Service, state DOTs) for critical decisions
  • Do not rely solely on our Service for safety-critical travel decisions

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather data. Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain, and actual conditions may differ significantly from predictions.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused subscription periods

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user data and third-party content), is owned by Verby, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to provide functionality, including:

  • Weather data providers
  • Mapping and routing services
  • State DOT traffic camera feeds
  • Payment processing services
  • Authentication and identity services

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERBY, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Personal injury or property damage resulting from travel decisions
  • Loss of data or profits
  • Service interruptions or errors
  • Inaccurate weather forecasts or recommendations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verby, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
